Koyle Cerro Basalto
Please view wine facts for the current vintage below as the vintage on the image may vary.
Unique aromas of spiciness and distinctly minerally, with dry stones and volcanic overtones, to the fresh raspberry fruit notes, merging harmoniously on the elegant finish as this persist beautifully long. A very distinctive style reveals a pretty stony mouth feeling, with a very silky iron-edge finish coming from the basaltic rock.

*Family Owned for 6 Generations*
Viña Koyle was born due to a 6-generation winemaking tradition that the Undurraga carry in their blood and which began in 1885 with Francisco Undurraga Vicuña.
A premium winery from the Colchagua Valley, Viña Koyle is dedicated to the production of wines with their own identity. Using tools such as a biodynamic management of the vineyards and the family tradition Koyle is focused on producing high quality wines and extracting the very best of our Los Lingus Terroir.
Their commitment is to develop a unique wine project and to place Viña Koyle as a reference of the biodynamic management, which they consider is the best way to obtain healthy grapes that will produce wines that reflect their origin.
They search to be in harmony with nature and to use sustainable methods for the process of cultivation, production and maintenance of the vineyards.
The New Winery Koyle only offers high quality Reserva red wines awarded with very good Robert Parker’s rating. This is an amazing result for a winery born only in 2006…
The name KOYLE comes from a native Chilean plant that grows next to oak forests, producing a beautiful purple coloured flower and a greatly desired fruit. This endangered species is found abundantly in the vineyards located in Alto Colchagua.
